Decorative Leaf

Amore will conduct wine tasting and tours of the vineyards and winery lead by Dr. Gregg Amore, owner and wine maker. The experience will consist of a tour of the vineyards with an explanation of the year round, grape growing process. We will return to the winery to discuss fall grape harvest, fermentation, wine processing, and bottling.

The tour will end with wine tasting of Cabaret Amore and Cabaret Dolce and food pairing, which will be prepared by Sodexo Food Service.

The New Tripoli winery invites wine lovers to join BMV Owner Joe Greff for an experience in winemaking and viticulture, and for a passionate discussion on all things wine with a guided tour of the winery. Also includes the bottling line and tank room where guests will enjoy a special tasting from the barrels.

Summertime Sippers Class

Join Clover Hill Owner Kari Skrip for a fun and informative Summertime Sippers Class. The class features a welcome sangria and tastes of three summertime wines – Clover Hill Rosé, Pinot Grigio and Riesling – each paired with a cheese.

During this class we will discuss sangria making, summertime wine and food pairings, serving temperatures and more. Weather permitting, this class will be held outside. Otherwise it will be held indoors in our special event room.

Creative Cocktail Class
Join the most creative winery team out there and learn how they whip-up the most delicious cocktails week after week using FHV wines and Social Still spirits.

This hands-on class is perfect for anyone looking to host a house party, graduation party, wedding or any special event that you want to serve unique cocktails your guests will love.

Each week we’ll teach three different cocktails with tasting time in between. Pick your favorite one, buy the wines in that cocktail, and enjoy a 15% discount. Snacks included.

Très Rosé – the wine of today!

Trendy, stylish, hip – Rosé is the new cool wine! June 9, 2018 is National Rosé Wine Day, but we’ll be toasting this delicious beauty with a lot of swagger all month long. Start by learning about the three winemaking techniques used to create rosé wines with our expert team.

Then taste our three unique expressions of rosé wines paired with a handmade local pasta salad. Featured rosé wines being sampled include Bubbly Rosé, Vinology Rosé, and Zweigelt Rosé.

Winemaker Brad Knapp will lead a private tasting of the sparkling wines produced at Pinnacle Ridge. The tasting will include an overview of the production process for sparkling wines. Sparkling wine tastings include Brut Rosé, Cuvee Chardonnay, and Blanc de Blanc.

Join Tolino Vineyards for a walking tour of the vineyard with a winemaker. Learn about the vines, soil and various grape varieties and the significance of estate-grown wines. The tour culminates with a tasting in the vineyard. Enjoy a snack of fresh fruit and cheese paired with Gracie, our newest white wine, next to the vines its grapes were grown on.

After the tour we will head into the tank room to learn about the winemaking process, and guests will be able to experience our wine lab. Learn how a wine lab works and test instruments such as the pH meter and the hydrometer.

Cellar Experience Blending Trials
All month long passport holders will have a unique opportunity to help us make our next wine. Go behind the scenes and experience the process of how we blend our wines and come up with the final product. Get a chance to blindly sample five wines, take notes, give input, and then have the different blends revealed.

This experience is exactly the same as we go through here on a weekly basis, and is a great way to not only experience how local wine is made, but to have a say in the making of a future wine at Vynecrest.
