Très Rosé – the wine of today!
Trendy, stylish, hip – Rosé is the new cool wine! June 9, 2018 is National Rosé Wine Day, but we’ll be toasting this delicious beauty with a lot of swagger all month long. Start by learning about the three winemaking techniques used to create rosé wines with our expert team.
Then taste our three unique expressions of rosé wines paired with a handmade local pasta salad. Featured rosé wines being sampled include Bubbly Rosé, Vinology Rosé, and Zweigelt Rosé.

The tour culminates with a tasting in the vineyard. Enjoy a snack of fresh fruit and cheese paired with Gracie, our newest white wine, next to the vines its grapes were grown on.
After the tour we will head into the tank room to learn about the winemaking process, and guests will be able to experience our wine lab. Learn how a wine lab works and test instruments such as the pH meter and the hydrometer.
Cellar Experience Blending Trials
All month long passport holders will have a unique opportunity to help us make our next wine. Go behind the scenes and experience the process of how we blend our wines and come up with the final product. Get a chance to blindly sample five wines, take notes, give input, and then have the different blends revealed.
This experience is exactly the same as we go through here on a weekly basis, and is a great way to not only experience how local wine is made, but to have a say in the making of a future wine at Vynecrest.
