Chef Heriberto Yunda offers innovative cuisine in a beautiful, elegant setting in historic Jim Thorpe, Pa. and is pleased to offer award-winning Galen Glen wines to his guests. During Lehigh Valley Wine Month enjoy Rose for $9 a glass, Gewurztraminer for $10 a glass, and bottles of Grüner Veltliner and GJT Riesling for $38.


Marion Hose Bar

See the renovation of the first fire company in Carbon County at Marion Hose Co #1, now Marion Hose Bar, where local flavor is always on the menu and wine list. During June, sip on a Galen Glen Glamour Girl Martini made with rosé wine, vodka, peach Schnapps, cranberry juice and a cherry for $10. Savor a glass of Chambourcin with Grana Padano Fresco cheese for $10.

Making the sparkling Grapefruit Gin Mule – Pinnacle Ridge 2016 Blanc de Blanc, fresh grapefruit, ginger beer, and County Seat gin.

Mixing up the Pinnacle Sour – Pinnacle Ridge 2015 Chambourcin Reserve, Jim Beam bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup


Also serving the Pinnacle German Cocktail – Pinnacle Ridge Dry Riesling, Kirschwasser fruit brandy, Cheerwine cherry-flavored soft drink, and cherries.

Tavern at the Sun Inn 

The Sun Inn will keep it classic with Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc. This crisp dry white and bold dry red compliment many items on their menu. They will also be featuring Tolino wine slushies.


Bangor Trust Brewing

Featuring Papa’s Red, Cabernet Franc, Sunnyside and Lilly wines.


Sangria Saturday – enjoy a FREE sample of Tolino sangria from 1- 4 pm on Saturdays in June.


  • Berry Berry Good Papa’s Red Sangria – Tolino’s Papa’s Red wine, a splash of raspberry liqueur and white run, with blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, cranberries. Served over ice with a lime wedge. $8 a glass.
  • Lilly’s Melon Ball Sangria – Tolino Lilly white wine, a splash of melon liqueur and vodka, melon puree, orange juice, and club soda. Served over ice with a lemon twist. $8 per glass.


They will also have a Sunday Funday promotion in June from noon – 3 pm with suggested Tolino wine pairings on their menu, discounts on bottles of wine (dine in only), and an opportunity to keep the glass when you buy any Tolino wine.
